What does the HOA do?

The Crosscreek HOA ensures that the convenants and restrictions are adherred to.

Services provided by the HOA include:  basic cable/internet service and irrigation water to homes in Phases 1B and 1C.

What does the CDD do?

The CDD is responsible for maintaining the community infrastructure such as the amenity center, pool, ponds and common grounds (Golf Course Road entrance). 

 

The CDD also provides the irrigation water for Phase 1A.

Why do we have an HOA and a CDD?

The CDD is not able to enforce the covenants and restrictions.  It is limited to maintaining the community infrastructure.  

What is the Architectural Review Committee (ARC)?

Comprised of 5 residents, the ARC reviews requests for improvments to homes in the community to ensure that they are in compliance with the covenants and restrictions.

How can I get involved?

Does Crosscreek have a social committee or scheduled events?

There is no currently active social committee.  If you are interested in helping to lead a committee or an event, please contact the Board to find out how the HOA might be able to support you.

How do I report potential issues in the neighborhood?

Visit the website for Inframark, our property management company.  After logging in, select Requests and then select General Request.
